MEET OUR CO-FOUNDERS: Phyllis

Phyllis is our Chief TI (Team Intelligence) Officer and Executive Legal Managing Director.  Phyllis manages and oversees SeedJura TI Group's network of law firms and lawyers as well as consultants and other vendors to ensure that they receive maximum benefit, support and training on the SeedJura platforms.   Phyllis is the key in growing members of the SeedJura TI Group to provide comprehensive business and legal services for companies and individuals on our innovative SOW and SeedJura Legal Products platforms.  

Phyllis draws her experiences from over 40 years working with large and medium sized companies in a variety of industries, both as in-house counsel and outside corporate counsel.  A few examples are: Options Clearing Corporation, Philips Electronics North America, Fractl (digital content marketing agency), MasTec (multinational infrastucture engineering and construction company), and many other global and small companies.  She worked in medium sized firms and was a Senior Counsel at Holland & Knight LLP before starting her own law firm.

In the past 40 plus years, Phyllis constantly helped businesses with their struggle in selecting, engaging and managing legal resources and vendors to accomplish their business objectives within their limited budgets.  Working as a lawyer in law firms from large to small, Phyllis also experienced first-hand the challenges for lawyers providing legal services to meet clients' business parameters within the rules of the law firm systems.   

"There is a wide gap between clients' needs and how legal services are being provided in today's world.  It doesn't matter if you are the clients, lawyers or law firms, no one seems to be happy with legal services.  We need to stop this vicious cycle! It is time to do something different,"  said Phyllis.
